Women Department

Department

Women Department

The Department of women is one of the Church departments that are part of the kijitonyama Pentecost Church. The church established this Department for the integration of women so that they could stay together and serve the church.

The existence of this Department the Church and the members of this department receive the following benefits:

  1. The Department of women is a tool for improving Church services, since through this Department various services are seen and the Church to get servants.
  2. This Department supports the Church in addressing the needs of women
  3. The Department puts women together in the Church and gives them the teaching that helps them strengthen their marriage and remind them of their responsibility for their families.
  4. Through this Departmental women are built when engaging in prayer, seminar and various doctrines.
  5. The women in the department support one another and encourage one another during a crisis, offer a variety of social services such as visiting sick people in hospitals, to support widows and orphans, they also serve God’s servants.
  6. The Mother’s Department makes a woman aware of herself, to be the best mother of her family and to fulfill her responsibilities to the Church, the family and the community around her.

 

Structure of the women Department in KPC

 

The structure of the women Department in KLPK begins at the Branch, Parish and Mission levels. The following flow shows the structure of the women Department in the Church.

The departmental activities in the Branch are consistent with Branches’ daily planning and performance while in parish, Women performs important events planned in parish for the intervals or dates. At the Mission level, the Church’s Prayer, Seminars and Conventions are organized and done. Missionary Leaders’ leadership is involved in representing women to participate in National Women’s activities (ie PCUT).

Leadership

Leadership begins with Chairwoman Assistant Chairwoman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Accountant and Treasurer. Also the Department has a Teacher for women choir where this service exists.
